在事件发生后的隔天(星期五,2月12号),
我决定做出人类最文明和最有礼貌的解决方法:发投诉信给这间学院。

RE : COMPLAINT MISBEHAVIOR OF YOUR COMPANY’S STAFF - FRY HEW MENG FEI ON BEHALF OF ZITA LEONG POOI SAN
The above matter refers.My sister, Zita had lent two pieces of “Road show cloths” to your company free of charge in two months ago. Despite several reminders from my sister, nobody from your company take the initiative and responsible to find out (Road show cloths) for her. It ends up query with the FRY HEW on 09 Feb’2010. My sister was very upset on this matter.
On 11 Feb’2010, FRY Hew was very emotional and vented his anger on my sister in front of all your management personnel at 5th Floor Adonis’s office. I really disappointed with his bad attitude towards my sister. I strongly believed this matter could be settled in better way instead of yelling in front of so many people.
I really felt disappointed with the above matter. As a well established Beauty Academy, I felt this is not a professional way to handle the matter and hope your end could take action on this.
Looking forward your response to correct this mishandled situation.
